Ever since I took my first breath underwater, I’ve been captivated by the stories hidden beneath the surface — in the ocean, and ourselves.


Mindful Diving

Blending breath-led movement with buoyancy control, mindful diving is about presence, stillness, and connection. Each dive becomes a meditation, where awareness expands and the line between body, water, and breath disappears.

Scuba & Freediving

From silent single-breath descents to the technical precision of scuba, my approach to diving is rooted in calm, control, and curiosity. I teach both with patience, purpose, and a deep love for the ocean.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Meditation is the foundation beneath everything I do. I share simple, grounded practices to help others unplug, breathe deeper, and build inner resilience — on the mat, underwater, and in everyday life.

Content Creation

I craft soulful, story-driven content for dive and wellness brands — from underwater photo and video to honest gear reviews and immersive blog posts. Everything I create is field-tested, real, and built to inspire.

Yoga & Mobility

My teaching blends traditional Sun Salutations with modern mobility work. Classes focus on hips, shoulders, and spine — ideal for divers, athletes, and anyone looking to move better and feel more freedom in their body, and mind.

Breathwork & Pranayama

Whether preparing for a dive or managing stress, breathwork is a powerful tool. I teach ancient pranayama practices alongside modern breath training to improve focus, lung function, and emotional clarity.
